Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at TLC Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Kelowna area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including online research, networking, and industry events.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospects, highlighting the value proposition of TLC Solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a detailed knowledge of our service and product offerings, as well as our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or business administration.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Autotask, and a valid driver's license.
