About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Tomato E-commerce Inc. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor and Improve Operations: Continuously monitor our transportation operations and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage Schedules and Routes: Plan and manage delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Ensure Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all delivery drivers adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, prioritizing safety and compliance at all times.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in logistics or transportation, with a degree in a related field (e.g., business, transportation, logistics).
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations.
  • Language and Cultural Competence: Fluency in English and a strong understanding of cultural diversity and inclusion principles.
