Inside Sales Support Representative

Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team in Maple Ridge, BC. As a key member of our Service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate quotations for customers, ensuring timely and efficient order processing.
- Manage and develop new and existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Review customer status and credit limits, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with Warehouse to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with life safety product features, legislation, and regulations, providing expert advice to customers.
- Attend industry events and seminars to stay informed and network with customers and partners.
- Assist Sales Representatives in generating and managing leads, focusing on sales and customer accounts.
- General office administration duties, including scheduling onsite meetings and providing product information to customers.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fire alarm, security, or electrical industry.
- Post-secondary education and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with confidential information professionally.
