Job Overview

Lyons Consulting Group is in search of a skilled Software Test Analyst to enhance our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in test automation, demonstrating proficiency with a variety of tools and technologies. This position demands expertise in crafting and refining test automation frameworks, adapting to evolving business requirements, and a comprehensive understanding of testing methodologies and their lifecycle. Collaboration with development teams will be essential to ensure the integrity and dependability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and sustain test automation frameworks tailored for diverse projects.
  • Conduct automated testing, evaluate outcomes, and document any defects identified.
  • Work in partnership with development teams to comprehend business needs and modify test frameworks as necessary.
  • Oversee and refresh test frameworks in alignment with shifts in business demands and technological advancements.
  • Employ a variety of testing tools and methodologies to guarantee thorough test coverage.
  • Maintain clear documentation of test cases, results, and defect reports.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide updates and address any testing-related concerns.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in test automation and software quality assurance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Tools: Proficiency in TOSCA, ALM, Jira, Selenium, WebDriver.IO, TestNG, ReadyAPI, Cypress, Jenkins, GitHub, and other relevant CI/CD tools.
  • Programming Languages: Knowledge of Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with automation in SAP projects utilizing TOSCA.
  • Proven track record in designing and developing test automation frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and adapt frameworks based on changing business requirements.
  • Strong grasp of testing methodologies and their lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Approximately 10+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 6+ years in test automation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ALM, Jira, Tosca, Postman, and Rest Assured.
  • Experience with mobile automation tools such as PCloudy and Perfecto Mobile.
  • Understanding of cloud environments like GCP, Azure, etc.
  • Knowledge of various automation testing tools and experience in cloud settings.
  • TOSCA Certifications.
