Kitchen Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Interactive Dining Warehouse Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers, while ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Staff Supervision and TrainingLead and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques, as well as supervise their performance to ensure high standards are met.
Quality Control and AssuranceConduct regular quality checks to ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food products are prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that customer requests are met promptly and efficiently.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
LanguageFluency in English
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week
