Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Culinary Specialist to join our team at 13068668 Canada Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
  • Team Leadership: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff and coordinating tasks to ensure efficient and effective service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent oral communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
