Work Setting

Employees will be assigned to different locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials efficiently.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials including concrete and asphalt.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks.
  • Clear rubble and debris from construction sites.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically demanding tasks involving heavy lifting.
Weight Handling
  • Must be able to handle loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Required Personal Equipment
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Hard hat
  • Gloves
  • Ear protection
  • Safety vest
Personal Attributes
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
Experience
  • Previous experience of 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
