Job Summary:

The Senior Administrator, Investment Operations is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our investment platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed knowledge of investment products and services to customers, resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless operations.
  • Resolve client account concerns and prepare associated paperwork to ensure accurate resolution of issues.
  • Stay current with CCS protocol, regulatory guidelines, and industry developments to maintain a high level of expertise.
  • Identify areas for improvement and present ideas to achieve desired results.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, working efficiently, professionally, and in a friendly manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of job-related experience.
  • High school diploma plus additional post-secondary courses.
  • Experience in registered and non-registered investment products, registered plan regulation, and administration.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting, administrative processing, and communication.
  • Experience with Excel, MS Office, and relevant banking system applications.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
