Senior Administrator, Investment Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
The Senior Administrator, Investment Operations is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our investment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed knowledge of investment products and services to customers, resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve client account concerns, prepare action-oriented paperwork, and ensure accurate resolution of issues.
- Stay current with CCS protocol, regulatory guidelines, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve processes and achieve desired results.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, working efficiently, professionally, and collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of job-related experience.
- High school diploma plus additional post-secondary courses.
- Experience in registered and non-registered investment products, registered plan regulation, and administration.
- Strong proficiency in accounting, administrative processing, and communication.
- Experience with Excel, MS Office, and relevant banking system applications.
- Strong mathematical skills.
