Our client, a reputable and leading law firm, is seeking an eDiscovery Specialist to join their team.
**About the Job**
- **Oversee Relativity/RelativityOne Workspaces**: Set up and manage e-discovery software platforms to ensure efficient data collection, review, and production.
- **Engage in Information Governance and Investigations**: Collaborate with legal teams to implement information governance strategies, conduct investigations, and respond to regulatory requests.
- **Execute E-Discovery Processes**: Collect, review, and produce electronically stored information to support clients in legal proceedings.
- **Manage Client Data and Vendor Relationships**: Track and label data, handle counsel and client requests, and provide vendor instructions and management.
- **Contribute to Process Improvements and Training**: Develop and implement process improvements and provide software training to enhance e-discovery capabilities.
- **Engage in Professional Development**: Pursue e-discovery certifications and industry webinars to stay up-to-date with best practices.
**The Offer**
This role offers remote flexibility after training, a competitive salary up to $110,000, commensurate with experience, and a group retirement savings plan.
**What You Bring**
- Relativity certification or technical proficiency with an e-discovery platform is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams, is required.
- Understanding of e-discovery and litigation processes is preferred.
- Paralegal or law clerk diploma or related educational background is advantageous.
- Professionalism, meticulousness, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.
