Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Communication and Social Media Specialist is to deliver prompt and professional frontline support for migration projects currently underway.

This role requires effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in a dynamic environment characterized by a complex service offering.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Global Relay's clients by:
- Managing customer inquiries and Salesforce cases
- Following up on migration projects
- Assisting various departments including Support, Provisioning, Customer Success, and Training
- Support migration for social media platforms such as:
- Facebook
- YouTube
- Twitter
- Maintain a general understanding of domains, networking principles, message flow, email protocols, and DNS.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce and proficiency in Excel.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to adhere to established policies and procedures.

Compensation:
In addition to the annual base salary (ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 CAD), this role includes a corporate bonus, extended health benefits, and RRSP matching.
