Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physically demanding
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and team player
