About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chatham The Wing Shop Inc. as a Team Lead. This is a permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Work Schedules

Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Oversee the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working together effectively to provide excellent customer service and high-quality food.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and development opportunities to our staff, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge in areas such as food safety, customer service, and teamwork.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that our food and service meet the expectations of our customers.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and providing excellent customer service.

Maintain Records and Reports

Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

A 35 to 40 hour workweek is standard.
