Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's/Bloomfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Operations: Prepare budget and cost estimates, establish work schedules, and prepare and submit reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Environment: Noisy, odours, hot, and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
