Soul Restaurants Canada Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurants. Your primary focus will be on supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met. You will also be responsible for training new staff members, maintaining accurate records of stock and supplies, and addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
* Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
