Restaurant Manager Job Description

BAIGS GRILL is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations and Logistics: Manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Financial Management: Control costs, manage budgets, and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
