Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Newmarket. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Check-in guests, allocate rooms, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Room Management: Manage room reservations, process guest check-outs, and handle payments.
- Communication: Answer calls, take messages, and assist guests with special requirements.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage cash, complete reports, and perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and copying.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Language: English or French.
