- Oversee room bookings and reservations.
- Provide detailed information regarding hotel amenities and services.
- Facilitate guest departures and process payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and balance cash transactions.
- Keep track of room availability and assignments.
- Adhere to safety and emergency protocols.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage incoming calls and messages.
- Assist guests with specific requirements.
- Deliver wake-up calls to guests.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained.
- Proficient in operating multi-line phone systems.
- Familiarity with database management and accounting software.
- Experience with central reservation systems (CRS).
- Competent in using spreadsheets and navigating the Internet.
