The Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that associates receive the expected level of service, fostering satisfaction and engagement within the Market Centre.
This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Market Centre's shared spaces, ensuring a professional environment.
As the first point of contact, the Client Care Coordinator warmly welcomes visitors and associates, providing assistance while managing phone communications effectively.
Additionally, this role supports the operational management of the office by offering valuable insights and feedback to the Leadership team regarding productivity and overall functioning of the Market Centre.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Compensation:$35,000 - $40,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:Primary Duties:
- Answer incoming calls professionally, ensuring accurate routing of all inquiries.
- Timely and precise paging of agent messages as necessary.
- Greet all visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Provide prompt and detailed responses to inquiries from associates, clients, and staff.
- Manage front desk responsibilities throughout the listing process until a firm offer is secured.
- Schedule and confirm showing appointments with sellers and other brokerages efficiently.
- Ensure all required reporting and updates are completed accurately and on time.
- Handle the receipt and distribution of all cheques, ensuring accurate preparation and documentation.
Essential Skills:
- Familiarity with Broker Bay is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work across multiple KWRC locations.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Understanding of real estate administrative functions.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- People-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years in Real Estate Administration is preferred.
