Job Description

Maintaining a Culture of Safety and Compliance
  • Collaborate with partners to establish and maintain robust safety programs that adhere to all applicable regulations.
  • Ensure timely and thorough investigations of accidents and incidents, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and following up to guarantee completion.
  • Proactively address unsafe acts or conditions, enforcing adherence to health & safety policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of the workplace and storage areas to verify compliance with established policies and procedures, ensuring all inspections are meticulously documented.
Developing and Implementing EHS Programs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to foster a culture of safety.
  • Identify areas for improvement within existing EHS programs and implement effective solutions to enhance safety protocols.
  • Stay abreast of evolving industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring the organization's EHS programs remain current and compliant.
Championing a Culture of Safety
  • Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization by encouraging employee participation in safety initiatives and providing ongoing training and education.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to safety in all aspects of work.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to identify and mitigate potential hazards, creating a safe and healthy work environment for all.
