As a results-driven and dynamic leader, you will coach, train and mentor a high-performing team, oversee 7 sales centers, spearhead all sales initiatives, enhance buyer satisfaction, develop strategies and enhance processes.
You will work closely and collaboratively with marketing and other divisions, building new brokerage relationships and building out the in-house team.
With a strong home sales background and at least 7 years' experience in a senior sales leadership role, you will have a proven track record of high-volume home sales, customer satisfaction, and creative solutions.
You will lead successful teams to exceed sales targets, hold a Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Business or equivalent, and have an appetite for ongoing digital sales transformation and new technologies.
You will understand budgets and financial margins, profitability, and statistical analysis, and have a bright and energetic personality, professional, confident, and charismatic.
You will build authentic internal and external relationships and be ready to take the reins and really own and be accountable for Mattamy's sales function.
A very competitive compensation package, including comprehensive health benefits, a performance bonus, RRSP matching, employee assistance programs, employee discounts, referral bonuses, enhanced time off in December, and Mattamy's employee home ownership program, is offered.
For candidates outside of Ontario, an attractive relocation package is also offered.
