We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Building Manager to join our team at Tribe Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a 12-unit residential apartment in Brooks, Alberta.

\u003Cstrong\u003eAdministrative Support\u003c\/strong\u003e: Provide administrative support to the property manager, including handling move-in and move-out processes, bank deposits, and vendor arrangements.

\u003Cstrong\u003eMaintenance and Repairs\u003c\/strong\u003e: Perform minor plumbing repairs, clean common areas, and assist with minor repairs inside units.

\u003C\/li\u003e

\u003Cstrong\u003eLandscaping and Grounds Maintenance\u003c\/strong\u003e: Maintain the property\u0027s exterior, including lawn mowing, weeding, and other basic landscaping tasks.

\u003Cstrong\u003eEmergency Response\u003c\/strong\u003e: Respond to emergencies on a 24-hour on-call basis during the workweek.

\u003Cstrong\u003eTenant Relations\u003c\/strong\u003e: Maintain accurate tenant files, collect rents, and schedule move-ins and move-outs.
