About the Role:

At Plusgrade Inc, we're shaping the future of travel by partnering with leading airlines, hospitality, cruise, passenger rail, and financial services companies. We're seeking a collaborative, creative, and customer-centric Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive demand, usage, and relevance of our loyalty products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and evaluate the value proposition, positioning, and messaging for our portfolio of products.
  2. Collaborate with Product Management and Commercialization on product roadmaps, requirements, and go-to-market readiness.
  3. Leverage market intelligence and bring the voice of the traveler to shape and optimize our products.
  4. Create compelling sales enablement collateral, including sales decks, case studies, and sales training content.
  5. Develop and execute go-to-market marketing plans for new products and features.
  6. Collaborate with Business Development and Partner teams to support product and feature adoption.

Requirements:

  1. 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
  2. Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical product information into compelling marketing narratives.
  3. Highly collaborative mindset and demonstrated ability to influence and gain cooperation in a non-authority relationship with complex, cross-functional project plans.
  4. Comfort and confidence working in a highly ambiguous environment.
  5. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesize data and insights and turn them into actionable plans and compelling messaging.
  6. Resourceful and able to prioritize ruthlessly.
  7. Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring more junior team members.
