The Inventory Operations Manager is tasked with managing all aspects of Home Medical Equipment (HME) inventory. This role encompasses the oversight of periodic automatic replenishment (PAR), purchase orders, and inventory management across all HME sites. The Inventory Operations Manager is essential in ensuring optimal inventory efficiency through comprehensive reporting and physical inventory counts. This position is pivotal in standardizing processes and maintaining accurate inventory records across all locations.

Additionally, the Inventory Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that the inventory in Brightree and/or the website aligns with the physical inventory on hand. This role also involves processing purchase requests from Customer Service Representatives and managing inventory-related projects, reporting, and other responsibilities as directed by the Director of HME to enhance customer satisfaction regarding inventory management.

Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  2. A valid, current, and good standing Driver's License is necessary.
  3. Adherence to the Company Employee Manual, policies, and compliance standards is expected.
  4. Must meet the company’s minimum background check standards.
  5. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
  6. Familiarity with Universal Precautions is essential.
  7. Ability to use handheld tools for assembly, repair, and material handling is required.
  8. Responsibilities may include cutting, carrying devices, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas or with equipment.
