The Inventory Control Manager (ICM) is responsible for overseeing all Home Medical Equipment (HME) inventory. This includes periodic automatic replenishment (par), purchase orders, inventory, and consignment for all HME locations. The ICM must ensure the highest level of efficiency with inventory by using reporting and physical counts. The ICM streamlines, creates consistency, and maintains up-to-date inventory through all HME locations. The ICM is also responsible for ensuring Brightree and/or website inventory matches on-hand inventory. The ICM is responsible for processing purchase requests from Customer Service Representatives. The ICM is responsible for inventory related projects, reporting, and any other duties as assigned by the Director of HME to maximize customer satisfaction related to inventory.


Qualifications
  1. High school diploma (or equivalent) required
  2. Must possess a valid, current, and in good standing Driver’s License
  3. Comply with Company Employee Manual, policies, procedures, and compliance
  4. Meets company minimum standard of Background Check
  5. Report to work regularly and timely
  6. Observation and Practice of Universal Precautions
  7. Will be required to use handheld tools for assembly and repair, material handling
  8. Duties may include cutting, carrying devices, cleaning up work areas or equipment.
