The Inventory Control Manager (ICM) plays a crucial role in managing the inventory of Home Medical Equipment (HME). This position entails overseeing the automatic replenishment processes, managing purchase orders, and ensuring accurate inventory levels across all HME sites. The ICM is tasked with maximizing inventory efficiency through diligent reporting and physical inventory counts. This role also involves standardizing inventory practices and ensuring that the inventory recorded in Brightree and/or on the website aligns with the actual stock on hand.

The ICM will handle purchase requests submitted by Customer Service Representatives and lead various inventory-related projects, as well as generate reports and fulfill additional responsibilities assigned by the Director of HME, all aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction regarding inventory management.

Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  2. A valid and current Driver's License in good standing is required.
  3. Adherence to the Company Employee Manual, policies, and compliance regulations is essential.
  4. Must meet the company's minimum standards for background checks.
  5. Regular and punctual attendance is expected.
  6. Understanding and application of Universal Precautions is necessary.
  7. Ability to utilize handheld tools for assembly, repair, and material handling is required.
  8. Responsibilities may include tasks such as cutting, transporting equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
