About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Easton Place Clinic Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health, and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Medication Management: Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed, and monitor patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Preventive Care: Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases, and provide education on healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Patient Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, providing support and guidance to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between services.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Hold a College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP) and a Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) qualification.
  • Licenses: Be licensed by provincial or territorial authorities, and have a Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II) certification.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: Work a hybrid schedule, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
  • Work Hours: Work 40 to 60 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to meet the needs of the clinic.
