About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Easton Place Clinic Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health, and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Medication Management: Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed, and monitor patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Preventive Care: Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases, and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on health care and wellness, and provide support and counseling on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
  • Coordination of Care: Coordinate or manage primary patient care, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise home care services and provide leadership and guidance to other healthcare team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Hold College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP), Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC), and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Education and Training: Possess a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry, and have completed the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II).
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: Work a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of 40 hours per week and a maximum of 60 hours per week.
  • Language: Work in English.
