Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and reduce wait times.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved Medical Radiography program with certification by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
  • Must maintain active registration with CAMRT.
  • Proficient in Windows computer environment and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
