Position Overview

Easton Place Clinic Inc is seeking a dedicated Family Practitioner to provide comprehensive healthcare services to our patients. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at promoting health and wellness within the community.

Educational Requirements
  • Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical and mental health in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans.
  • Administer vaccinations and immunizations to prevent diseases.
  • Offer health care advice and act as a patient advocate.
  • Coordinate and oversee primary patient care services.
  • Provide counseling and support on various health and lifestyle issues to patients and their families.
  • Supervise home care services as needed.
Certifications and Licenses
  • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP).
  • Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC).
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II).
Qualifications
  • Possession of the required certifications is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
