About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Business Development to join our team at Integrated Marketing Platform. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through senior-level B2B sales and leading a team of Marketing Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of Marketing Consultants to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with Marketing Consultants to provide insights and support in developing sales strategies.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to drive sales growth.
  5. Utilize CRM systems to identify opportunities and track sales performance.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies.
  7. Provide coaching and guidance to Marketing Consultants to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven track record of generating sales and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
