  10. Analyze data trends to support operational and institutional planning.

  13. Oversee HR operating budgets and reporting areas.
  14. Cultivate positive relationships within the HR team and with external stakeholders.
  15. Collaborate closely with various HR teams to understand the implications of program and system implementations.
  16. Build and sustain relationships with both internal and external partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

A relevant post-secondary degree, complemented by specialized training in human resources, along with a minimum of five years of experience in HR analytics. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Proven leadership experience and knowledge of progressive HR practices are essential. Familiarity with various HRIS platforms and analytical tools, as well as experience in data collection methods, is highly valued.
