Job Title: Oncology Brand Manager

We're seeking a talented and experienced Oncology Brand Manager to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in maximizing brand sales and market position for our oncology products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer engagement plan for our oncology products, leveraging deep customer insights and data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the development and implementation of our brand strategy and tactics, including customer plans and omnichannel marketing plans.
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing and sales strategies, focusing on key customer segments (patients, healthcare providers, and payers).
  • Partner with the National Engagement Advisor to engage healthcare professionals and external stakeholders, uncovering needs and developing solutions.
  • Optimize collaboration and synergies across our oncology brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with global and country teams.
  • Lead outcomes-driven cross-functional meetings, fostering insight sharing and action on those insights.
  • Manage the Brand Marketing Budget, making trade-offs as needed to optimize investments.
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MSc, PhD)
  • 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and sales solutions, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in oncology an asset
  • Prefer bilingualism
