About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative Brand Manager to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our oncology business, you will play a critical role in maximizing brand sales and market position for our relevant oncology products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer engagement plan for our oncology products, leveraging deep customer insights and data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the development and implementation of our brand strategy and tactics, including customer plans and omnichannel marketing plans.
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing and sales strategies, focusing on key customer segments and behaviors.
  • Partner with the cross-functional team to develop novel approaches to reach customers and deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving improved patient outcomes and commercial success.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget and make informed trade-offs to optimize investments.
  • Effectively measure the impact of initiatives against pre-specified goals and facilitate performance tracking and diagnosis through regular business reviews.
Requirements
  • University degree
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MSc, PhD)
  • 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and sales solutions and associated applications
  • Proven success with omni-channel marketing campaigns and using data to inform strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership within cross-functional teams – sales, medical, pricing reimbursement & access and other departments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Oncology an asset
  • Prefer bilingualism
  • Demonstrated creativity in problem solving and customer solutions
  • Outstandingly positive work attitude and a solutions-oriented, winning mindset; open to change and enjoys new challenges
