About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Brand Manager to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in maximizing brand sales and market position for our oncology products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer engagement strategy for our oncology products, leveraging data and insights to inform tactics and optimize results.
  • Gain deep understanding of the disease site landscape, patients' and healthcare providers' needs, and testing environment to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, sales, and marketing, to develop and implement digital marketing and sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of omnichannel marketing plans, including the creation of novel content and localization of content created by affiliate teams.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget and make trade-offs to optimize investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Effectively measure the impact of initiatives against pre-specified goals and facilitate performance tracking and diagnosis through regular business reviews.
Requirements
  • University degree
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MSc, PhD)
  • 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and sales solutions and associated applications
  • Proven success with omni-channel marketing campaigns and using data to inform strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership within cross-functional teams – sales, medical, pricing reimbursement & access and other departments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Oncology an asset
  • Prefer bilingualism
  • Demonstrated creativity in problem solving and customer solutions
  • Outstandingly positive work attitude and a solutions-oriented, winning mindset; open to change and enjoys new challenges
