Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality ingredients and supplies to support our growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Procurement
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable source of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
    • Research and identify new suppliers to meet the needs of our business.
    • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure the best possible value for our company.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
    • Monitor inventory turnover and make adjustments as needed to optimize our supply chain.
  • Supply Chain Optimization
    • Analyze and optimize our supply chain to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline our procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and logistics.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve our supply chain.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
