Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physiotherapists in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Provide rehabilitation services to residents, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or healthcare)
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or physiotherapy role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
