- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to help inform business decisions, including tracking key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
