**Position Summary**

The Coordinator, Fleet & Operations will enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery, maximize value, and support strategic planning and decision-making as it relates to the Public Works department. The Coordinator will assist Public Works with asset management within fleet and operations and the ongoing maintenance of the all program assets. This role is pivotal in ensuring the maximum utilization and value of the County’s fleet assets through effective collaboration and leadership in optimizing Operations strategies and processes.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Fleet Management**: Schedule and manage fleet maintenance, coordinate warranty claims, and manage parts ordering and inventory. Perform analysis to develop repair plans and improve equipment reliability.
- **System Administration**: Administer work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) program. Ensure systems are accurate and current with repair and service data.
- **Planning and Coordination**: Generate short and long-term service and component replacement plans. Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to align maintenance activities with organizational goals.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:Conduct analysis and provide reports on lifecycle activities, associated costs, risks, and criticality to support operational and capital project planning.
- **Team Collaboration**: Build effective working relationships and coordinate initiatives that align with the County’s fleet management goals. Foster a positive team culture and ensure respectful treatment of others.

**Education/Training/Skills - Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Working knowledge of databases (MS Access, MS Office, SQL Server) and planning, timekeeping, and scheduling software (PSD CityWide, RTA).
- Thorough understanding of applicable safety regulations and compliance.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read or interpret diagrams, schematic drawings, and manuals to determine work procedures.

**Education/Training/Skills - Preferred**
- Five (5) or more years of experience in Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing) and Training with a minimum of three (3) years of this experience in a maintenance environment.
- Trade Certification or equivalent professional work experience with maintenance work routines, mechanical, welding or electrical experience would be preferred.
- Proficiency with ESRI products, specifically ArcPro, ArcGIS enterprise, and portal for ArcGIS.

**Working Conditions**
- This position will work primarily out of the Fleet & Operations Building in Picture Butte.
- Hours of work are 8:30am to 4:30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
- ome field work required, including driving in, and being exposed to various weather conditions including snow, rain, and strong winds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $73,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
