Job Title: Roofing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at BUSY BOYZ ROOFING. As a key member of our roofing crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing crew members, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including materials used and labor hours.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule roofing projects.
  • Train and mentor junior crew members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate costs and materials for roofing projects, ensuring budgetary compliance.
  • Ensure that all roofing materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
