Job Title: Roofing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Busy Boyz Roofing. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing crew members, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute roofing projects, including estimating costs and materials.
  • Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
