About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Tarrika's Property Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repair work.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.
