Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Nelmar Cleaning Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and leading a team of cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working condition.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy equipment.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
