Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire food service staff
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage inventory and supplies
    • Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment
