About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Dominos Pizza. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our team members, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
    • Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and implement efficient systems and processes to manage our restaurant's operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage our inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
