Your Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Mobility Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the complete client relationship cycle during the acquisition of essential mobility equipment. Your responsibilities will include working closely with therapists to align products with client needs.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tailored Solutions. Collaborate directly with therapists to select the most suitable mobility devices for clients, ensuring Motion remains the preferred choice in the area.
  • Build and Sustain Relationships. As a key player in our business, you will expand your network and forge new connections with therapists, caregivers, and healthcare facilities.
  • Be Adaptable and Mobile. Your role will involve traveling to various facilities and residences, utilizing our extensive inventory to demonstrate products and services.

Your Qualifications:

You are a trusted individual who seeks to improve clients' lives and enjoys solving mobility and accessibility challenges. You are eager to be part of a recognized national brand.

  • Experience. You have a background in sales, maintenance, or fitting within the mobility and accessibility sector, or you have experience in healthcare and are looking to transition into sales.
  • Sales Acumen. You are a natural problem solver, skilled at generating leads and building relationships to meet client needs.
  • Innovative Thinking. You excel at developing creative solutions to meet client requirements and grow the business.
  • Technical Proficiency. You are familiar with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills. You possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling you to build trust and collaborate effectively.
  • Additional Requirements. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs are essential.
