About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Driving Force Vehicle Rentals, Sales and Leasing. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs, expectations, and requirements.
  • Appointment Booking: Book appointments for customers to view and drive our vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and maintain personal sales targets set by the department, aligned with yearly goals.
  • Sales Delivery Process: Organize and schedule sales delivery processes, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicle and to build future sales opportunities.
  • Communication: Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers in accordance with established call rotation.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous medium duty truck sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license with an acceptable abstract is required.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems independently, following company guidelines and policies.
