Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs, expectations, and requirements.
- Appointment Booking: Book appointments for customers to view and drive our vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and maintain personal sales targets set by the department, aligned with yearly goals.
- Sales Delivery Process: Organize and schedule sales delivery processes, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicle and to build future sales opportunities.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers in accordance with established call rotation.
- Previous Experience: Previous medium duty truck sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license with an acceptable abstract is required.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems independently, following company guidelines and policies.
