The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and be able to develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and contractors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales and expanding market share, while maintaining a presence in the engineering community and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to grow sales and expand market share.
  2. Maintain a presence in the engineering community and provide technical solutions to clients.
  3. Understand client needs and provide appropriate technical solutions to achieve satisfaction and design intent.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry and local codes and regulations, as well as market trends.
  5. Provide outstanding customer service with a customer-first approach.
  6. Continuously learn and grow, with opportunities for self-education and training.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering with excellent knowledge of HVAC systems.
  2. University degree or college diploma in mechanical engineering specialization required.
  3. Holding a Professional Engineer designation (PEng) is an asset.
  4. Excellent communication skills, including verbal, listening, and written presentation.
  5. Good knowledge of MS Office.
  6. Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful with the ability to work under pressure unsupervised.
  7. Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mind.
