Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Airline Solutions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between our airline customers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate communication of customer requirements.
  • Monitor passenger meal and aircraft movement information and disseminate it to internal departments as required.
  • Liaise with our central order control office in Toronto to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Respond to time-sensitive calls from external and internal customers, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Utilize various airlines systems to retrieve meal and aircraft updates, and enter and maintain customer orders in our ERP system.
  • Audit billing to confirm all items and services provided are accounted for.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or college diploma.
  • Previous customer service experience and experience in a highly time-sensitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills, data entry, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
