About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Leader to join our team as an Indigenous Communities Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and establishing strategic relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners with local Indigenous Communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our Indigenous Client base.
  • Prepare effective proposals and liaise with clients to leverage our inter-disciplinary teams and provide value-added services.
  • Project manage projects for our Indigenous clients, including transportation, facilities, land development, and utility projects.
  • Review project financials and ensure project budgets are met.
  • Assist in developing and executing branch strategic plans and budgets.
  • Represent Accoravillage to the external environment, including clients, business partners, and professional associations, to enhance our positive public profile.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Understanding of capital project delivery under the Indigenous Services Canada funding programs.
  • Ideally 15+ years of experience working with Indigenous Communities.
  • Ideally 15+ years of project management and client management experience.
  • Progressive experience in managing diverse teams of professionals and business development.
